Summary Objective

By registering and using the platform, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, staff usage, guest consent, and lawful use of WhatsApp messaging. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Use of Platform

WA Hotel Platform is provided for hotels and service businesses to manage guest communication, WhatsApp workflows, guest stay links, service requests, dining orders, staff routing, complaints, and related operations.

Registration and Approval

Company registration creates a pending account. Access to the admin dashboard may require Super Admin approval. We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove company accounts where necessary.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate company information, securing login credentials, training authorized users, and ensuring your staff use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

Messaging Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining required guest consent and complying with all applicable WhatsApp, telecom, privacy, and marketing rules before sending messages.

Guest and Staff Data

You must only upload or process guest and staff data that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for responding to guest privacy or deletion requests where applicable.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform reliable, but service may be affected by maintenance, hosting providers, messaging provider limitations, or configuration issues.
